I started Integrated Counseling Solutions based on my experience integrating behavioral and emotional therapies within primary care medical teams. It just makes sense! We get better results, in less time, and have a better experience doing it. My patients and I counsel together using interventions that are rooted in good evidence. We're very careful to do this in ways that respect both your personal values and the principles of good psychological health. I evaluate my practice with each patient, at each visit, and will recommend new interventions based on our results. I am truly grateful for the privilege of honoring my patients' trust. This is a good work. My personal interests include working on cars, gardening, and spending time with my wife and four kids.
